Shipping & returns



Orders placed before 5 pm will be dispatched the same day. Your order from Lona Mila will always be delivered by PostNL. Within the Netherlands, orders are delivered within 1-2 business days.

Do you want to order from abroad? The entire Lona Mila collection is currently also delivered in Belgium, Germany and England. The delivery time abroad is 3-4 working days.

Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive the tracking code. With this code you know exactly where your Lona Mila items are and when they will be delivered.



Do you want to return your ordered Lona Mila item(s)? You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you received your goods without giving any reason. You must send the goods back within 14 days after informing us. You will then be credited with the total amount. Only the costs for returning the goods from your home to the shop are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, you need to return the goods with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to us.


To exercise this right, you can easily request a return in your account via lonamila.com/nl/account/orders/. When viewing the order containing the item(s) that you want to return, you can indicate that you want to report the return by clicking on "return items". After the correct number of the products to be returned has been entered and the reason for return has been selected, you can send your return request. After we have received and processed your return request, you can send the Lona Mila item(s) with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging with attached labels to the address below:

We will give a refund within 14 days from receipt of your cancellation provided that the returned goods have been received in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, then we can pass on the value reduction of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged on a return.


Do you want to exchange your product(s)?

Do the item(s) you have ordered not fit as you wish or would you prefer a different color? We also offer the possibility to exchange products.


Register a return in the manner described above. If the other product is still in stock with us, you can order it directly at www.lonamila.com and it will be delivered within 1-2 business days.
